Customer Onboarding Manager

We’re scaling fast, and that means stronger foundations. We’re expanding our Customer Support team with a Customer Onboarding Manager to ensure every hotel goes live smoothly and accurately from day one. You’ll own the journey from kick-off to handover, bridging Success and Support through solid planning, hands-on SQL, and real hotel know-how.

 

 

What You’ll Do 🚀

  • Lead complete hotel onboardings — scope, setup, customise, validate, go-live, early support, and handover.
  • Be a trusted advisor — guide clients on BI best practices (clean mappings, segmentation, PMS constraints).
  • Configure key integrations (PMS, POS, Finance, RMS) or coordinate with Technical Support.
  • Validate data using SQL/internal tools to guarantee accuracy before go-live.
  • Refine post–go-live setups and transition cleanly to Success and Support.
  • Triage issues with Support/Engineering while keeping clients confidently informed.
  • Document everything clearly for seamless handovers.
  • Own onboarding KPIs (time-to-go-live, data readiness, first-use milestones).
  • Track onboarding cost & efficiency — identify opportunities for templates, automation, and better scoping.
  • Create playbooks and light automations to make each onboarding faster and better.
  • Share learnings across teams and turn retrospectives into real improvements.

You’ll Thrive Here If You Have 🔌

  • Strong communication and experience leading multi-stakeholder, client-facing projects
  • A positive attitude, growth mindset, and sense of humour
  • Technical and analytical habits with sharp project-management discipline
  • Experience with datasets, ingestion, integrations, APIs, and mapping logic
  • BI skills or advanced Excel (e.g., cross-filtered dashboards)
  • Basic SQL for validation/troubleshooting or Python for simple scripts
  • Clear documentation and calm, structured stakeholder management

What Makes You Stand Out ✨

  • SaaS or fast-growth startup/scale-up experience
  • Background in hotel operations or revenue management
  • Familiarity with PMS data flows and integrations (Opera, MEWS, Guestline, Apaleo, etc.)
  • Additional languages — English required, others are a plus
