If 2024 was about exploration, 2025 was about understanding.
The pace and complexity of commercial decision-making accelerated, and we evolved alongside it. As signals multiplied and timelines shortened, the platform took on more of the heavy lifting, helping teams move faster without losing context.
That shift came to life most clearly with one launch in particular.
🧠 Breakout Star: Kassandra AI
The launch of Kassandra AI marked a turning point in how hoteliers interact with data.
We started by solving a deceptively simple problem: knowing where to begin. With Smart Widget Discovery, users could finally navigate the Gallery using keywords and context instead of trial and error. Less searching, faster setup, quicker answers.
But Kassandra didn’t stop there.
As the year progressed, she evolved from guide to interpreter.
- With Insights, Kassandra began reading dashboards, spotting patterns, and explaining what’s happening in clear, human language — adapted by role, language, and level of detail. Not just what changed, but why it matters.
- And with Ask, conversational analytics became part of everyday work. Hoteliers could ask strategic or operational questions directly — and get immediate, data-backed answers without digging through layers of analysis.
🚀 Biggest Glow-Up: Launchpad Joins Hotel Canvas
One of the most meaningful evolutions this year was what happened to Launchpad.
Previously a standalone module, Launchpad is now fully integrated into Hotel Canvas, living side by side with the rest of your analysis. It filters, cross-filters, and exports like any other widget — becoming part of the decision-making flow instead of sitting apart from it.
Launchpad now delivers a personalised, at-a-glance snapshot of:

- Pickup trends
- Forecasts and budgets
- Market share
- Pricing comparisons
- Restrictions, notes, and local events
Designed for speed and clarity, it has become what it was always meant to be: a daily decision cockpit.
And for those who want to get started fast, Launchpad now comes with its own dedicated constellation — ready from day one.
🔓 Most Improved Feature: Custom Breakdowns
If there’s one area where flexibility truly expanded in 2025, it’s Custom Breakdowns.
This year’s upgrades turned an already powerful widget into a highly adaptable analysis tool. Users can now flip table orientations, switch between table and chart views, apply value-based filters, sort data more intuitively, and use totals-only views for high-level summaries.
Add visual enhancements and smarter formatting, and the result is a breakdown that adapts to how you think, not the other way around.
🍕 Hidden Gem of the Year: F&B Gets Visual
In 2025, we also shone a spotlight on an area that’s often rich in data but poor in visibility: Food & Beverage.
With the launch of our F&B Point of Sale module, F&B data came into focus. Visual breakdowns and heatmaps make it easy to spot demand patterns across days and times — comparing weekday mornings with weekend nights in seconds.
